This morning, I did the first three (allegedly) 10-minute workouts on the Sparkpeople Fit, Firm & Fired Up DVD. Turns out the segments are only nine minutes each (WHY do fitness DVD producers do that? Now that I have a player that shows the time, I can see how off all these times are.) so I did that for 27 minutes. I did take a 15-minute walk with the boys, so it's okay.
I'm not getting many steps in this week. I need to work out a system for getting more steps in even on days when I spend most of the day working on the computer. I only got 4,143 steps yesterday.

I'm so behind, with my updates not my workout.Wednesday I did Cardio Power and Resistence; let's just say by the time the 40minutes was up I thought I needed medical CPR. Thursday was Cardio recovery. There was a lot of yoga involved. Needless to say I was standing around a lot. Then again, maybe it was because the kide were off today and wanted to workout with me. Every 2 minutes I'd hear, "Ma, am I doing it right?"
LOL At least they want to do something and not just sit around and watch you work. ;-)
