Fitness Challenge: Day 15

We're halfway through! And my jeans are actually tighter than they were when I started. I have no idea why. I didn't expect to see any changes this quickly, but getting bigger was certainly not anywhere in the plan. It's a bit frustrating. I'm starting to enjoy working out, though.

I did 30 minutes of the Abs of Steel DVD this morning. And I can still move, so that's something. LOL

I had 9,844 steps yesterday. I thought about walking around the house until I hit 10,000, but I just didn't have it in me by then.

LOL, sorry I don't mean to laugh at your jeans situation. :-)

Today, I did a fitness test. It was only 25 minutes, but I didn't mind because I was able to almost keep up with my 21 y/o brother and his 19 y/o girfriend dropped out half way through.

Amanda I know exactly how you feel! Don't give up. Keep going! It gets very frustrating when you don't see anything happening. But I think all the walking you do is great. When I was working I walked for lunch every day and wore a size 4! I didn't realize then what I was doing it was just a ....habit! Now, in my enlarge state, I have nowhere to walk so I try to get my exercise in with DVDs and it's not so much a habit so thanks for this challenge.

Thanks, Kemi! As I've said before, posting this challenge was the best thing I could have done because I wasn't "allowed" to quit before I got to the point where I actually wanted to exercise. The whole world (or at least my little corner of it) is watching. LOL
