Fitness Challenge: Day 16


This morning I did a 25-minute workout on the Kathy Smith  Life Weights to Lose Weight - Upper Body. And my arms are jelly now. Makes it a little hard to type.

The boys and I went for a 15-minute walk this morning, and also yesterday after I wrote my post.

I only got 4,908 steps yesterday.

Today, I started Insanity with a couple of people; the only way to stay motivated. If I was doing it alone today wouldve been my last day. I did a 40 minute Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Some moves I dare not try but unlike the others, I kept moving!

I did weights too. Maximum Body Shaping a Firm oldie. It was 45 minutes long.
